- About us
We, Greenor, registered address Havnehagen 2, 1465 Strømmen, Norway registered and based in Norway. We are the operator of the Greenor platform and are responsible for it accordingly. The principles of Greenor is easy to use, easy to book and easy to explore.
Greenor is a platform on which offers tours, activities, travel packs, and sustainable products for adventures. Greenor offers the activities by a range of local Suppliers. The descriptions and illustrations of these Activities originate from the respective Suppliers. We therefore have no direct influence on the scope of such content. Additional to the activities Greenor offers Travel Packs with different destinations.
- Scope
- The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all visitors to the Greenor platform and to all content within the offered As soon as you use the Greenor Platform, you are obliged to comply with these Greenor GTCs. Therefore, take your time and read the GTC.
- Greenor reserves the right to modify these GTCs at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the platform after such changes are made, user agrees to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. The latest version of the GTCs will always be posted on the Greenor website for review.
- What we do
- Greenor acts as a bridge between you and local adventure Suppliers, facilitating the booking of various activities. While we conclude contracts on behalf of Suppliers, the ultimate service agreement for any activity is directly between you (the user) and the Supplier.
- We provide a marketplace where Suppliers can list their offerings and Users can book experiences. While we facilitate transactions and communications between Users and Suppliers, all contracts for the provision of adventures and activities (“Service Agreements”) are made directly between the User and the Supplier.
- Descriptions, images, and any other illustrative material related to adventures and activities on the platform are provided by Suppliers. While Greenor endeavors to ensure the accuracy of this content, we do not verify or guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Users are encouraged to confirm any important details directly with Suppliers.
- Our gift cards are valid for 365 days, with a possible 90-day extension if requested at least 30 days before expiry via email to support@greenor.no.
- You can filter the list of activities by different parameters. The discovery wizard will show you activities that match your criteria and are offered by a specific provider.
- Greenor is available via email (support@greenor.no) and we strive to respond as promptly as possible. As commercial agents, we support the Suppliers in this process. In case of emergency, the contact details of the respective Supplier can be found on your ticket. Frame different from the supplier perspective
- Registration and Greenor account
- To access certain features of the Greenor platform, including booking activities, users must create an account. Registrations providing valid, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your name and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Greenor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with information that is believed to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
- Upon completing the registration process, you will create a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to
- immediately notify Greenor of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
- ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Greenor cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
- You can terminate your Greenor account at any time by sending a request to our support team via email at support@greenor.no. Greenor also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, upon the request of law enforcement or government agencies, for extended periods of inactivity, for unexpected technical issues or problems, or if Greenor suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Greenor.
- Upon registration and during the use of the Greenor platform, we may collect personal data about you. The handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Booking Activities
- You can explore and book a wide range of adventures and activities listed by Suppliers on the Greenor platform. The booking process is initiated on the platform, where users can view activity details, availability, and pricing. You as a user can register and book with their account.
- When you as a user book an activity, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Supplier of the activity. The Greenor platform acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the discovery and booking process.
- Greenor is not a party to the contract between the user and the Supplier. Our responsibility is limited to providing the platform for listings and facilitating the booking and payment processes.
- Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation via email that includes the booking details and a reference number. Suppliers will also be notified of the booking through their platform account.
- Depending on the activity, payment may be processed directly through the Greenor platform at the time of booking or according to the Supplier’s specific payment instructions. The Greenor platform supports various payment methods, detailed at the point of transaction.
- Greenor has as well activities where you get the option to send Greenor a request message, get the opportunity to contract them directly or get a link to book that adventure via the suppliers homepage.
- Cancellation
- By the Traveler:
- If you cancel the trip, you need to write to us via email at support@greenor.no. Cancellation requests should be submitted through the Greenor platform 14 days before the trip, and any refunds will be processed according to the Supplier’s cancellation policy.
- If the refund is accepted, you can get a gift card from Greenor or you can choose to retain the deposit back to your bank account.
- By Greenor
- We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, because of natural disasters, weather problems, political instability, or other external events, it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.
- If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund. We will not cover other bookings out of the Greenor platform.

- Health
- Participation in certain activities offered through the Greenor platform may require a good physical condition and the absence of any medical or health conditions that could be exacerbated by the activity. Users are responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition, and determining their ability to participate in any activity safely.
- Our Suppliers may provide detailed information regarding the physical demands of an activity and any health requirements. It is the your responsibility to review these requirements before booking to ensure they meet any specified conditions.
- You acknowledge that engaging in outdoor and adventure activities involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in any activities booked through the Greenor platform.
- Greenor is not responsible for verifying the health or fitness of users to participate in any activity. Liability for accidents, injuries, or health problems occurring as a result of participating in activities lies with the participants and/or the Supplier, as per the terms of the Service Agreement.
- Greenor strongly recommends that all users obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers all aspects of their trip, including but not limited to medical expenses, injury, death, and cancellation. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage is adequate for the specific activities and destinations.
- The existence of travel insurance does not absolve users from the terms and conditions agreed upon with Suppliers, nor does it transfer liability for incidents to Greenor.
- Limitation of liability
- Greenor acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting Users with Suppliers of adventure activities and travel experiences. Consequently, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the entirety of risk arising out of your access to the platform and use of the services provided to you by Greenor remains with you. Neither Greenor nor any other person or entity involved in creating, producing, delivering the platform, services, application, or collective content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, service interruption, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with these General terms and conditions or from any product purchased via the Greenor platform.
- Specifically, Greenor is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage as a result of a booking not meeting the user’s expectations.
- Any accidents, injuries, or health issues occurring during or as a result of participating in an activity booked through the platform;
- Cancellations or changes to bookings made by Suppliers.
- Data protection
- At Greenor, your privacy is our priority. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and handle your data in full compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR for our users in the European Economic Area (EEA).
- We collect essential information like your name, email, contact details, payment information, and how you use our platform. This helps us make your booking experience smoother, tailor our services to your preferences, and improve our platform’s functionality.
- Whenever you sign up, book an activity, or interact with Greenor, you’re trusting us with your information. We value this trust, and by using our platform, you consent to our data collection and usage as described.

- This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement or its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Norway.
