For an exhilarating experience in Durmitor National Park, rafting on the Tara River is a must. As you raft, you’ll navigate exciting rapids, swim in crystal-clear waters, and pass under the 170-meter-high Tara Bridge. Route:
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours (12 km) on the water.
- Highlights:
- Paddle through exciting rapids and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
- Pass under the Tara Bridge for a unique perspective.
- Two stops: one at the Ljutica River for photos and another for swimming, including a rock for jumping.
- Transport waiting at the end to drive you back to the starting point.
- Option to experience a zip line adventure above the canyon afterward.

Turn-by-Turn Directions:
- Meeting Point: Zabljak (usually in front of the Durmitor Adventure office or pickup from local accommodation).
- Drive to Starting Point: 30-minute drive to Tara Bridge.
- Public Transport: Organized from Zabljak to Tara Bridge and back. Transport will wait for you at the endpoint and take you back to Zabljak.
- Parking: Small parking area near Tara Bridge for those driving themselves.
